Tracy Rank vs. Pettis County Ambulance District, et al.
Tracy Rank appealed the circuit court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Individual Defendants on her claims of negligent supervision, negligence, and fraudulent misrepresentation, while Pettis County Ambulance District (PCAD) cross-appealed the summary judgment granted to Rank on her indemnification claim.
