State of Missouri vs. Tyrieke R. Robinson
Tyrieke R. Robinson appealed his convictions for first-degree assault and armed criminal action, arguing the trial court's written judgment for assault incorrectly included a "without eligibility for probation or parole" clause not present in the oral pronouncement. The State agreed with Robinson's contention. The appellate court affirmed the judgment in all other respects but remanded the case for the trial court to enter a nunc pro tunc order correcting the written judgment to reflect a sentence of life imprisonment for Count I.
