Vicki Unruh vs. State Board of Nursing

Appellant

Vicki Unruh's nursing license was revoked by the Board of Nursing, a decision partially reversed by the circuit court which instead placed her license on probation. Both Unruh and the Board appealed, but Unruh, as the party aggrieved by the agency decision, failed to file an appellant's brief as required by Rule 84.05(e) despite receiving notice. The appellate court dismissed Unruh's appeal, vacated the circuit court's judgment, and remanded the case with instructions to reinstate the Board's original decision to revoke her license.
