Victoria L. Frawley vs. Matthew J. Frawley
Matthew J. Frawley appealed contempt rulings for failing to pay child support and other expenses as ordered in his dissolution and modification judgments. He also attempted to re-litigate issues concerning judicial recusal, child visitation, and guardian ad litem fees. The appellate court affirmed the contempt rulings, holding that most of Father's arguments were barred by the law of the case doctrine or waived. The court also found the appeal frivolous and remanded the case for the circuit court to award Mother attorney's fees incurred in responding to the appeal.
