WILLARD SCHNURBUSCH and CAROL SCHNURBUSCH, Plaintiffs-Appellants vs WEST PLAINS REGIONAL ANIMAL SHELTER, Defendant-Respondent
Willard and Carol Schnurbusch appealed the trial court's summary judgment in favor of the West Plains Regional Animal Shelter. The appellate court affirmed, finding that several of the Schnurbusches' points on appeal were barred by the law-of-the-case doctrine or failed to comply with appellate briefing rules. The court also held that the Shelter properly pleaded its res judicata defense and that the Schnurbusches failed to demonstrate a genuine dispute of material fact regarding the summary judgment.
