Citizens for Transparency and Accountability, et al. vs. Western Cass Fire Protection District, et al.
Plaintiffs Citizens for Transparency and Accountability, Darvin Schildknecht, and Kerri VanMeveren appealed a judgment in favor of the Western Cass Fire Protection District and its Board of Directors on their Sunshine Law violation claims.
