William Schierbaum appealed the denial of his two Rule 29.15 post-conviction motions, arguing ineffective assistance of trial counsel for failing to object to evidence from allegedly illegal searches and for failing to investigate false information in search warrant affidavits. The appellate court dismissed the appeal.
