Anna and Matt Stidham appealed an order reviving a judgment against them in favor of Joyce Baxter and other siblings of the decedent. The Stidhams argued the motion to revive was untimely as to Anna and that the show cause orders were entered by an unassigned judge. The appellate court reversed the order of revival as to Anna, finding the motion untimely, but affirmed the order as to Matt, concluding the issue regarding the judge was not preserved for review. The case was remanded for an amended order reviving the judgment against Matt only.
