TERESA J. WILLIAMS and DAVID WILLIAMS, wife and husband, Plaintiffs-Respondents v. WILLIAM and PHYLLIS DECKER, 2001 DECKER FAMILY TRUST, STEPHEN DECKER, Trustee, Defendants-Appellants
Teresa and David Williams brought a quiet-title action against Stephen Decker, as trustee of the 2001 Decker Family Trust, claiming adverse possession of a one-acre tract. The trial court found the Williamses had established adverse possession of a 0.21-acre portion of the land and denied the Trust's counterclaim for trespass and injunction. The appellate court affirmed the trial court's judgment, denying the Trust's first point on the merits and dismissing its remaining points for failure to comply with Rule 84.04.
