An evidentiary hearing was conducted and, pursuant to that hearing, the court denied Mr. Pleas' application for conditional release. Mr. Pleas appeals. Having carefully considered the contentions on appeal, we conclude the judgment should be affirmed. A published opinion would lack precedential value.
